If you're using WordPress, then you can use Upeo Pro. It doesn't matter which host you're using, we've developed Upeo Pro inline with WordPress guidelines so as long as you're using WordPress, you can use Upeo Pro.

We want to help you make the most out of Upeo Pro. That's why support is provided directly by the theme developers, there's no one better placed to help with all Upeo Pro related queries. Support is provided through the support center available to all Pro members.

We offer both an annual and lifetime licenses for all of our packages. If you choose a lifetime license you'll never need to renew your license, so you'll have lifetime access to support and updates. The annual package can be renewed yearly for continued access to support and updates.

Upeo Pro is fully compatible with all version of WordPress since v4.0. We regularly update Upeo Pro to ensure it's continuing updated for compatibility with the latest version of WordPress at that time.

All of our themes are available in .zip format. If you do decide to purchase you'll have immediate access to the members area from where you can download the theme and page builder. You can install the theme and page builder directly from within your WordPress admin area or via FTP.

We do have a number of knowledge base articles which show exactly how to go about installing the premium themes which you may find helpful. Alternatively, if you would like support in getting setup we'll be happy to help you. Our support guys are on hand to help guide you through the setup process.

Absolutely, all of our Agency and Enterprise licence come with live support. So you'll be assigned a dedicated account manager who can assist you with any Upeo Pro queries.
